We want you to love Clervo AI. Due to the digital nature of our services, the following refund and cancellation terms apply.

Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans may include trial periods. After a trial ends, payments are non-refundable unless required by law. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time and remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

Refunds

• Full refunds may be issued within 7 days of first payment if no usage has occurred and dissatisfaction is reported.
• No refunds for used services or consumed voice minutes.
• Technical issues may qualify for refunds if unresolved after support review.

Cancellations

You may cancel via account settings or by contacting support. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
